Comments: The new 9 (making it a full 18) opened just a week prior to our round. Generally, not a bad for a course only opened a week. I am sure that in a year or two it will be significantly better. Watch out for the houses!

General Comments:

A brand new nine holes opened in July 2002 to provide a full 18
holes at the Highlands Course of Horseshoe Valley.

The greens were a little burly and there was absolutely no water on the course, nevertheless, the potential is there for an exciting, challenging 18 holes. Add a few more sandtraps (especially in the fairways), the addition of some water to those empty storm bunkers, and manicure the greens and this would be a great place to play.

Best Hole: 13
Why: Hanging out with the cows on the tee blocks.
