The clubhouse is old and in need of some superficial
repair at least. Water out of the taps is not
potable and as such you
must buy all your drinks (no water available on
course) at inflated
prices. Dining room is nice and a patio is available
that overlooks the
first hole and a swimming pool.
Some nice elevation changes keep the average
golfer interested while the
advanced golfer will likely not find anything
new here. Many good holes
and few, if any great holes. Fairways were very
average and the greens
were adequately taken care of but the tees seemed
to have an awful lot of
divots - too much tournament play?
Best Hole: 9
Why: Interesting 265 yard par
four with water in front at
about 120-160 yards, brush up the right side after
the water and O.B. on
the left (first fairway). The elevated green is
drivable from the
elevated tee but plays longer than the measured
265. The smart shot is
laying up but those looking for a birdie will
not be able to resist taking
out the big stick. The green is very large so
if you are lucky enough to
hit the green - you may still have your work cut
out for you to make
birdie.
